About RadMiLe
Radiology micro-learning, built by the community.
What is RadMiLe?
RadMiLe is a free, community-driven micro-learning platform for radiologists. The idea is simple: every post is a single clinical pearl — concise, practical, and capped at 100 words — covering signs, findings, differentials, and teaching points across all radiology subspecialties.
Radiology is a vast field. Between clinical workload and keeping up with the literature, it's hard to find time for structured learning. RadMiLe was built to fix that — bite-sized pearls you can read in 30 seconds, tagged by subspecialty, voted on by peers, and contributed by the community itself.

Our principles
- Concise by design. 100 words is the limit. It forces clarity and respects your time.
- Community-first. Content is created, curated, and voted on by radiologists, for radiologists.
- Free, always. RadMiLe is and will remain free for everyone in the radiology community.
- Quality over quantity. Every pearl is tagged, reviewed, and held to a consistent standard before publishing.
