By accessing or using RadMiLe ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Who we are

RadMiLe is a community-driven micro-learning platform for radiology education. The Platform is operated by the RadMiLe Team. For questions, contact us at contact@radmile.org.

2. Eligibility

You may use RadMiLe if you are at least 18 years old. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. RadMiLe is intended for medical professionals, trainees, and students with an interest in radiology.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User-submitted content

By submitting a pearl or any other content to RadMiLe, you grant the RadMiLe Team a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Platform.

You confirm that your submissions:

Are original or you have the right to share them.
Do not contain patient-identifiable information.
Are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Are not promotional, spam, or off-topic.

We reserve the right to edit, remove, or decline any submitted content at our discretion.

5. Medical disclaimer

Content on RadMiLe is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Nothing on this Platform should be used as a basis for clinical decision-making without independent professional judgement. Always refer to current guidelines and institutional protocols in clinical practice.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
Harass, impersonate, or abuse other users.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
Scrape, copy, or reproduce content in bulk without permission.

7. Intellectual property

The RadMiLe name, logo, and platform design are the property of the RadMiLe Team. User-submitted pearl content remains the intellectual property of its respective authors. You may reference individual pearls for personal learning and teaching with attribution; bulk reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

RadMiLe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the RadMiLe Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the date of the latest update at the top of this page.
