"Lambda" and "Panda" Signs on Gallium-67 scintigraphy.

The "lambda" sign refers to paratracheal and bilateral hilar uptake resembling the Greek letter lambda, while the "panda" sign refers to prominent bilateral uptake in the parotid, lacrimal, and salivary glands.

When seen together, they are highly specific for active sarcoidosis.
